Now all these Luxury apartments have been finished from levels 1 to 46 in this exceptional looking building, and work has now started on the amazing Penthouse. First to be built over 5 floors and panoramic views across London this really is a special project to be involved in.
We have worked with the main contractor St George for many years completing the Silicone works to many high-end residential projects around London including One Blackfriars 247 apartments. Also known as The Vase.
They awarded GT Sealants the contract to complete all silicone works to Bathrooms, kitchen and Windows. Including Swimming Pool on the 49th Floor with 360 degree views of the spectacular London Skyline. Work has just been completed and its ow on the market for £56 Million.
Working with Mid Group on the 2nd New Build School. After the success of Lymington School the contractors were keen to get us on board with an even bigger building. A £30 Million project.
We started in October 2020, and 6 months we have completed over 20,000 meters of mastic to Flooring, windows, door frames, toilet areas, kitchen, stair cases and all the internal junctions of plasterboard to hide any cracking that may form due to being a timber frame building. Project was completed 3 Months ahead of schedule.
Lymington School is a Brand New £26 Million extension of Robert clack Campus . The Largest Secondary School in Europe.
Consist of a state-of-the-art Primary School, Secondary School and a New Sports Hall. GT Sealants were contracted to complete all the internal silicone work to both Schools and Sports hall.
The building is primarily a timber frame building, similar projects built by Mid Group were prone to movement which in turn caused cracks in the internal plasterboard junctions.
The Architect solution to this was to apply a 25mm joint of silicone to every corner of every room, including the ceiling. Dowsil 791 was used for its exceptional movement capabilities.
Our Challenge – The Contractor brought a Practical Completion date forward by many months meaning we had to apply over 25 Kilometres of sealant in just under 3 months.
For last 2 years we have worked with Berkeley homes to complete Five Star residences ideally located within walking distance of the Tech City and Square Mile. The project will include 933 Homes, 2 acres of landscape and residential facilities including Gym, Spa and 65ft Pool. Which GT Sealants have completed on time.
One of our challenges was to find a suitable to sealant that was a perfect colour match and could be used in the swimming pool area. Chlorine in the water breaks down normal silicone over time. This was sourced and applied to the client’s satisfaction

Another Awarding Project From St George! We have been working with the main Contractor for over 5 Years on this project Completing over 500 Luxury Apartments. Located on one of the most dramatic stretches of the River Thames, this is riverside living at its finest.
The main request from the client was to keep the lines of mastic minimal so they were discreet. We have spent a lot of time getting the colours of the silicone to match perfectly and kept beads of mastic very small and neat, so everything is sealed to perfection without being visible. Nothing worse than excessive lines of silicone for no reason in our opinion.
